Everyone, irrespective of their talent has to start from a basic level where the focus is on the development of skills and understanding of the fundamentals. There are multiple facets of coaching that a professional can provide to the athletes, students and sportspersons, these include:

Yoga can bring great changes to anyone’s life right from a student, athlete, mother, senior citizens and even office goers.
- Recovery: modern science has gone a long way to prove that the human body performs to its peak only when it has recovered from training. Irrespective of the level of stamina one possesses, the recovery process is really important to get the necessary rest.
- Nutrition: Diet and the correct nutrition are important for all. Eating a balanced diet is necessary but depending on the different lifestyles everyone needs tp have a diet that focusses on certain nutrients more than the others.
